Adding a New User

  1. Log in to your Google Analytics account and click on the “Admin” option located in the top right corner.

  2. In the Admin panel, you will see a list of properties (accounts) under your Google Analytics account. Select the account you wish to share by clicking on its name.

  3. Head to the “Users” tab in the account settings. Here, you will find the list of current users who have access to your Google Analytics data.

  4. To add a new user, click on the “+ New User” button.

  5. Enter the email address of the person you wish to grant access to. Ensure that the email address is associated with a Google account.

  6. Select the desired level of access for the user. Google Analytics offers various access levels, including “Read & Analyze,” “Collaborate,” and “Edit.”

  7. If you have multiple profiles within your account and want to restrict the user’s access to a specific profile, choose the profile from the dropdown menu.

  8. Finally, click on the “Add” button to give the user access to your Google Analytics account.

Removing a User

  1. Follow steps 1 and 2 from the previous section to access the “Users” tab in your Google Analytics account.

  2. Locate the user you want to remove from the list of current users.

  3. Click on the “Remove access” button next to the user’s email address.

  4. A confirmation message will appear, asking if you want to proceed with the removal. Confirm the action by clicking “Remove.”
